Now that the 2025 VAFA season has come to an end, attention turns to post-season Awards, with the VAFA Awards Show and VAFA Awards Night.
The 2025 VAFA Awards Show will air on Wednesday, 1st October from 7pm on VAFA.com.au and the VAFA App where the Best & Fairest winners will be announced for all Senior Men’s & Women’s sections (excluding William Buck Premier Men’s & Women’s) and all Holmesglen Under 19 sections. Hear from all the award winners and the final leaderboards.
Then on Wednesday 8th October, the 2025 VAFA Awards Night will be held at the Lakeside Pavilion at Albert Park. It’s the biggest night on the VAFA calendar. A night to recognise the talent our competition has to offer across all sections and award the individual success of all our Best & Fairest winners, Leading Goal Kickers, and more. The final rounds of the Woodrow Medal and Shona MacInnes Medal will be counted, Clubs will be presented with their Premiership Flags, we’ll reflect on the 2025 season and induct our newest VAFA Life Members.

We’re again expecting more than 300 people in attendance for the VAFA’s Night of Nights, with arrivals from 6:30pm and formalities commencing at 7:00pm. The dress code for the VAFA Awards Night is formal attire. We look forward to seeing everyone there! Find more event details here.
