The vote counts for every VAFA senior & Under 19 section (excluding William Buck Premier) League Best & Fairest have been conducted for season 2025.
VAFA Media’s Jason Bennett & Paddy Grindlay hosted the league’s annual VAFA Awards Show on Wednesday evening, where the Top 5 leaderboards were revealed and all the winners interviewed.
There were a number of thrilling vote counts, with one solitary vote deciding the winner in Division 2 Men’s, Under 19 Division 2 Men’s and Division 2 Women’s.
Old Ivanhoe star Billy Murphy won his third consecutive League Best & Fairest – a remarkable achievement – going back-to-back in Premier B Men’s after also collecting the 2023 Premier C award.
Congratulations to all our winners, who will be presented with their award at the VAFA Awards Night next Wednesday evening at Lakeside, Albert Park.
The William Buck Premier Men’s & Premier Women’s counts will be conducted live on the evening, along with the presentation of all 2025 VAFA premiership flags and the induction of our latest group of Life Members. Bookings close tomorrow – tickets can be purchased online here.
