The VAFA is delighted to donate our backstock of ‘clash jumpers’ to the AFL’s South Pacific team, where they will be used to good effect across the Pacific region in the years to come.
Seven containers of jumpers will be distributed throughout the Pacific nations and used for training and matches.
The AFL Female Under 16s Pacific Academy came together on the Gold Coast in February, welcoming players, coaches and umpires from Fiji, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Tonga and Vanuatu for high-performance training, mentoring and match experience.
They looked resplendent in their new VAFA clash jumpers, and we, as an organisation, couldn’t be prouder to support them as they explore our great game.
