VAFA Staff Update

Following a recent review of organisational operations, the VAFA has undertaken a staffing restructure that has resulted in the departure of the Head of Digital and Media, Cameron Voss.

Cameron first joined the VAFA as a contractor in December 2021, serving as the part-time Media Manager. Amongst his tasks, he managed the redevelopment of the VAFA website, which was successfully launched in 2024.

Cameron was appointed to the part-time role in January 2025, working three days per week. During this time, he oversaw several key initiatives, including the successful establishment of the VAFA mobile app.

The VAFA is grateful for Cameron’s significant contribution in developing and strengthening our digital and media platforms, which have helped grow engagement with our clubs and the broader VAFA brand.

Cameron remains a passionate supporter of the VAFA community and will continue his long-standing involvement with Hampton Rovers Football Club.

Executive General Manager Commercial Glen Towers continues to lead the team of Jason Bennett (Broadcast & Content Manager) and Dylan Humphries (Social Media Growth Co-Ordinator). This department will soon be boosted by a full-time role for a Commercial and Media Co-Ordinator, which has just been advertised.
