CLEARY REACHES MASSIVE MILESTONE WITH 450 GAMES
Damien Cleary, 52, reached a momentous milestone on Saturday, running out for Ormond in his 450th game of open-age amateur footy. A two-time Reserves best and fairest winner in 1996 and 1999, Damien’s 450 games consist of 39 Senior games, 190 Reserves games and 221 Thirds/Club 18 games over a mind-blowing 32 seasons.

PRAHRAN CELEBRATE HALL OF FAME
Prahran Football Club hosted their inaugural Hall of Fame Event last Friday, bringing together past club and community members to celebrate 140 years of the club. Congratulations to the inaugural 56 Hall of Fame inductees whose contributions have shaped the Prahran Football Club across generations. Even more special is that within this group, two sets of father/son inductees were honoured — Fabio and Tim Maya, and Kevin and Jack Matherson — showcasing the history and longevity of the league and its clubs.

WHITEFRIARS MARK 40TH ANNIVERSARY
Whitefriars celebrated their 40th anniversary on Saturday at their home game against Aquinas, where they competed for the Strike-Wilkinson Cup — a solemn but meaningful match, honouring the memory of champions from each club. Member for Warrandyte, Nicole Werner, attended to present Club President Peter Ciardulli with a certificate of acknowledgement.
