2026 WILLIAM BUCK FINALS LUNCHEON TICKETS NOW ON SALE
The 2026 William Buck VAFA Finals Luncheon will be held on Friday September 4 at the RACV City Club from 12.30pm.
Join the VAFA community to celebrate the VAFA and AFL Finals Series. In 2026, we’re raising the bar with two Brownlow Medallists taking the stage. Between them, James Hird and Jimmy Bartel boast five AFL premierships and a wealth of unforgettable finals experiences. They’ll share insights, behind-the-scenes stories and their thoughts on the upcoming AFL Finals series, making this an event no football fan will want to miss.
Plus Jason Bennett alongside VAFA media experts will preview all the 2026 VAFA Finals in a live episode of For the Love of the Game.
Tickets are $170 per head, including a two course lunch and beverage package from 12.30 – 3.30pm.

Last weekend, Brigette Roberts became Canterbury Football Club’s first woman to reach 100 games! She was an integral part of the 2019 Premiership side and is now in the leadership group.

West Brunswick’s Bill Irving put on a show up forward in his 250th game and got an important win over Power House!
Collegians Hannah Singleton celebrated her 100th game last weekend, not only becoming the first woman in club history to do so, but she has paved the way since being the club’s first ever female player!
Williamstown CYMS’ Nathan Malkoun celebrated 150 games last weekend, being described as the club’s heart and soul with his team first attitude!
