What the club said:
Jack joined University Blues Football Club in 2026, after playing last year for both Xavier College and the Sandringham Dragons in the Talent League. He has followed in the footsteps of his father, Danny and his uncle, Jimmy in playing for University Blues.
Jack represented the Big V in the Under-19 game earlier this year, collecting 40 disposals in the victory.
Coach quote:
“Jack Hayter – the ultimate professional. Jack hasn’t missed a beat coming into senior football, and has looked more than right at home. He continues to grow not only as a footballer but as a person each and every week, and his willingness to learn makes the sky the limit as to where he can get to with his footy. He is an exciting young footballer and certainly one to watch as we get to the pointy end of the season.”
