UHS-VU recently celebrated their past players day, including a 2011 Reserves Premiership reunion! Great to see the club all coming together to celebrate their rich history, including some fun reenactments of old photos.
VAFA MILESTONES FROM WEEK 15
Last weekend, South Melbourne Districts legend Kasey ‘KJ’ Jaegar became the first Bloods woman to reach 100 games! Not only is KJ one of the most formidable defenders in the club’s history, but has served as an amazing captain, player recruiter, mentor and has really connected the junior, men’s and women’s sections of the club to be one big community.
Congratulations to West Brunswick’s Timothy ‘Moth’ Ingram who reached 100 games on the weekend! Moth has been one of the most resilient players in Magpies history pushing through injury and is a great clubman, helping out as a coach, captain, photographer or anything the club needs over the years.
Issy Rankin-Ward recently became the first woman to reach 100 games for Old Melburnians! Known for her incredible leadership and attack on the footy she has become a star at the club.
Power House’s David ‘DC’ Cameron celebrated his 100th on the weekend! DC has kicked 105 goals across the reserves and seniors and is a key reason that the clubs has major events and functions each year.
