CYs PRODUCE GYG HIGHGLIGHT OF THE WEEK

Williamstown CYMS star Avamai Williams kicked her 200th goal career goal on the weekend, with a great set shot, sending her teammates in a frenzy with some great celebrations! Avamai ended with four goals to help guide the CYs to Premiership glory in the Holmesglen U19 Women’s competition.

TIGERS RISING STAR STUFFS THE STAT SHEET

St Bedes/Mentone’s Rising Star contender Bennett Martin had 21 disposals, 15 intercepts and a goal on the weekend, producing an exciting highlight reel in the Premier C Men’s Semi Final!

FITZROY ANNOUNCE NEW SENIOR WOMEN’S COACH

Fitzroy have announced that three-time Premiership winning coach Tom Purcell will be leading their senior women in 2027! Tom has had great success with St Kevin’s and was most recently a coach of the Big V representative side.

VAFA MILESTONES WEEK 21

Congratulations to Mazenod OC Women’s co-captain Annabelle Davies-Todd on reaching the 100-game milestone! Annabelle is known as a Nodders star on and off the field, winning the 2023 Sportsperson of the Year and 2024 Coaches Award.
