The Razorbacks have reached the summit once, in 2003 when they won the Division 3 premiership comfortably against Monash Gryphons. Prior to that the club played off in the Division 4 Grand Final of 2001. The Razorbacks have played in one other Grand Final, their 2012 Division 4 loss to South Mornington. In 2017, the club entered a team into Development Division 4 of the inaugural VAFA women’s competition.
