An 11-goal second term helped Hawthorn launch into the Division 3 Grand Final with a 143-point victory over Power House at St Bernard’s College.
Russell White and Jason Ince were unstoppable up forward as they bagged five goals each, while Steven Wintle and Ross McDermott added three each.
Luke Piccolo and Sam Gold continued their stellar 2016 seasons across the ground, while Darragh Leonard did his utmost to stem the flow of goals as the best for the House.
The Hawks ended the home and away season in first position on the ladder and had a record six representatives in the scribe team of the year. The House ended a seven-game winning streak which saw them upset UHS-VU last weekend.
