Therry Penola bounced back from a tough loss last weekend, defeating Whitefriars by 6 points. Whitefriars led for the majority of the game but were unable to run out victorious.
Andrew brings to the Panthers a great footballing history, having played with Perth (W.A.F.L), Mordialloc (S.F.L) and more recently as a highly decorated, premiership player with St Bedes / Mentone. Andrew takes control of an exciting young playing list, and replaces Ben McGee who guided the Club to finals appearances in the past two seasons.
David Cafarella has been re-appointed as coach of the Reserves. Russell Macquire, former Club captain and Chairman of Selectors, has assumed the role of Under 19 coach.
