From formation to A-Grade: Old Geelong Women’s makes history
Old Geelong Football Club opened its 2025 season in historic fashion, with its women’s side marking their first year in the William Buck Premier competition with two wins straight out
Uni Blues has appointed Fergus Watts as its Senior Assistant Coach.
Following over a dozen surgeries that ruined a promising AFL career, Fergus joined Collegians in 2008, booting 91 goals in 18 games. Fergus was a vital cog in Collegians’ grand final sides in 2008 and 2010.
Fergus, who has also been an Assistant Coach at Collegians for two seasons, will join his Woodrow winning brother Jack under the spires.
Watts replaces Nick Holland, who moved to Old Xaverians last month.
