Your role as Football Academy Director will be to contribute to the football component of this successful, well organised program for those young men transitioning from junior football to the senior football ranks.
You will be supported by a dedicated Football Academy coordinator, who will arrange the numerous specialist coaches that contribute to this successful program.
Remuneration & Support
All senior coaches report to the Football Director, whose role it is to provide you with the necessary resources to perform your role to the best of your ability.
In addition, the football club seeks to provide the best off-field support in the VAFA in all facets of the game, from trainers, off-field structure and parental assistance, access to state-of-the-art coaching techniques and philosophies and football equipment.
Both the Football Academy Director and U19 Premier coaching role are paid positions, with remuneration negotiated with the Football Director and club Treasurer, at levels commensurate with the roles offered.
