Box Hill North had their biggest win of the year to date, the Demons defeating Masala by 126 points. Daniel Penny led allcomers in senior VAFA footy on the day to kick 11 of his side’s 31 goals on the day. Johnson chipped in with five goals of his own.
Point Cook kept their winning start to the season going along nicely with a huge 100 point win over South Mornington. The longest trip in amateur footy was a sweet one for the Bulldogs who had nine goals from Dawson and five from Mandahl to celebrate on the way home.
Westbourne Grammarians also had a big win as they ran out 59 point winners over Parkside. Collins booted seven goals for Westbourne who are in fourth spot.
