Dogs unstoppable on path to Division 3
Point Cook will clash with Westbourne Grammarians in next weekend’s Division 4 Grand Final on the back of today’s 81-point victory over Mt Lilydale.
38 scoring shots to 12 told the story of the Dogs’ dominance as Jordan Lampi led all comers with seven goals in a best-on-ground performance.
Samuel Young (three) and Mason Kip were all class for the Bulldogs, while Stephen Donald kicked four goals for the Rams as they struggled to get into the match.
Point Cook’s emphatic victory will also see them make the jump to Division 3 in 2017.
