The VAFA congratulates first-year Monash Blues player, Joe Harrison, for being named the Round 6 Men’s Rising Star after an outstanding start to the 2017 season.

“Joe joined Monash from Horsham in 2017 and is studying first year Sports Management at Deakin University.
He plays like Jobe Watson – strong body, sure hands, gets plenty of contested ball and racks up lots of possessions.
Joe is very much the quiet achiever around the Club and just gets on with getting the job done.”
