Ormond will re-enter Premier C with its first senior flag since 2008 after they defeated Hampton Rovers by six points in an incredible grand final at Trevor Barker Oval.
The Monders controlled the contest for the first three terms before the Rovers hit back with four goals in the final term, momentarily taking the lead before BOG Medallist and young star, Max Kennedy, kicked one of the all-time grand final goals late in the quarter when he check-sided from the pocket.
Kennedy kicked five for the day while skipper Tom Buckley nailed two. B-D4 Big V star Blair Atkins was outstanding throughout the day for the Monders, while Kyle Pinto and Liam McCartney starred for the valiant Rovers.
The Rovers were outstanding this season as they won the minor premiership after falling two sections in two years.
It was a sensational day for the Monders after they took out the Division 1 Reserve premiership earlier in the day.
Leading by just seven points at three quarter time, the Monders booted six goals to three in the final term, with BOG Medallist Rob Chisholm finishing the day with seven goals.
Lucas Hemming was a standout for the Monders alongside Chisholm, while Jesse Donald dominated for the Rovers.
