Your favourite podcast is back for another week, VAFA’s For the Love of the Game!
Sam Grimley, Uni Blues power forward is leading the sharpshooter tally after the opening seven rounds of the season with 22. Grimley joins Joe Pignataro and Brian Waldron ahead of Round 8 when the Blues play host to Old Xaverians with the aim of making it four wins in a row.
Our read on the remaining undefeated teams has been cut by 50% after St Kevin’s, PEGS and Swinburne all suffered losses. We celebrate Brunswick’s Lewis White with a kick after the siren to win the game. St Bede’s Mentone Tigers are doing as they please in Premier C Women’s.
Plus there’s a fresh set of questions for Ask Grumpy Brian, and an unexpected tangent about the portable changerooms at one of our competitions powerhouse clubs!
