The VAFA is pleased to announce that 2025 Umpire Registrations are now open on Officials HQ.
Returning umpires should complete their 2025 registration via the following link: https://home.officialshq.com
New umpires can join the VAFA competition via this link: https://registration-afl.officialshq.com
AFL iD is a new system that allows users to have a single login for various AFL products including Playing, Umpiring, Tipping and Fantasy comps. It is mandatory in 2025 and the only way to login to Officials HQ, therefore every umpire must have an AFL iD.
To complete your 2025 registration, log in to Officials HQ where you’ll be prompted to create a new AFL iD. Once that’s done, you’re all set to register. A helpful step-by-step video guide on AFL iD and registration is available below:
