VAFA Ireland Touring Team
Since 2011, the VAFA has sent an invitational team to Ireland every two years to play a series of International Rules matches against Irish County, Club, University sides as well as a match against the All-Ireland Team as part of the Irish preparations to take on the All-Australian team. The touring side is made up of players who have worn the Big V or have won section best and fairest and they have become a popular way to finish the season with friends and family all welcome to join the touring squad.
