FOOTBALL DIRECTOR – DONALD MCDONALD
Donald McDonald has been reappointed as the Club’s Football Director for the 2022 season. Donald commenced in the role in late 2019 and has brought an enormous wealth of experience and success with him from his AFL/VFL playing/coaching glory days. Donald has shown a great passion for the role, the club and its people and has quickly become a popular and valued leader of the club. We look forward to seeing him lead us to success across all teams in the coming years.
MEN’S 1ST XVIII SENIOR COACH – MARK GNATT
Mark Gnatt has been reappointed as the Men’s 1st XVIII Senior Coach for the 2022 season. Mark commenced coaching at the club in 2017, leading the Under 19 Premier team to the flag in 2019. Mark was appointed as the Men’s 1st XVIII Senior Coach for the 2020 season and despite the challenges of COVID-19 has done a fantastic job ever since. Mark puts an enormous amount of time and effort into this pivotal role, working with a young developing group. We look forward to seeing Mark take the Men’s senior playing group through a sustainable successful era in the VAFA Premier ‘A’ section in the coming years.
WOMEN’S 1ST XVIII SENIOR COACH – CHRIS GOLDSTRAW
Chris Goldstraw has been reappointed as the Women’s 1st XVIII Senior Coach for the 2022 season. Chris was appointed in the role for the 2020 season and in spite of the challenges of COVID-19 has done a terrific job since. Chris has invested significant time and effort into this important role, building great relationships with the women’s playing and coaching group. Chris has overseen the successful introduction of a 2nd women’s team this year. We look forward to seeing Chris help take the Women’s playing group up through the VAFA Premier sections with continued success and a lot of fun in the coming years.
